Elijah Heywood

Elijah has always loved sports, playing rugby league from a young age he’s played a variety of sports throughout his life including AFL and basketball in the summer.

His love of sports led to studying a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Sport Management at Western Sydney University, where he is in his third year.

Elijah joined the Shooting The Breeze Team as an intern from August 2025 to January 2026.

“Working as part of the Shooting the Breeze team as an intern has given me great insights into the sporting world and how the business of sports operates”.

His plans include working in a high-level sports organisation or starting his own business in the sports world.
